Ordering through the online shop
The prices shown on the website include VAT (sales tax). Postage & packaging is calculated separately in addition. Payment for the order (including postage & packing) shall be made by the means specified on the website. We do not take responsibility for any import duties you may be liable for.
Sales taxes and duties for shipping to EU and rest of world
For goods shipped outside the UK we will remove VAT (UK sales tax) at checkout. Please note you may be required to pay charges by your local delivery or postal service.
Shipping (UK and International)
We will normally dispatch all stock items to you within 3 working days of receiving full payment. At that point we will send you a confirmation email about the dispatch. We will contact you should there be any delays.
Availability of products
Our online shop includes details about the availability of products, but sometimes an item might go out of stock before the information is updated. If we receive an order for an out of stock item, we will contact you immediately and offer you an alternative item or refund. If you would like to enquire about an item currently out of stock, please send us an email.
Data protection
In handling your personal details we follow the guidelines set out by the Data Protection Act. We will only ask you for information that is necessary to process your order. Unless you would like us to save your details for future orders or to receive our newsletter, we will delete them after completion of the order. In the meantime, we take every care to store your details safely. We will never pass your information on to third parties.
